9 TBS avocado or olive oil

6 TBS white wine vinegar

3 TBS fresh lemon juice

3 TBS Dijon mustard

1.5 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Whisk and store in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to two weeks. Risk each time you’re ready to use.
