Chicken Caesar Smash Burgers

Zero carb street style tortillas

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tsp both salt/pepper

Caesar dressing:

1/2 C Mayo

1/4 C grated Parmesan

2 TBS lemon juice

1 TBS Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire

2 cloves garlic minced

Salt/pepper to taste.

Mix in bowl or food processor

Chop up Romain lettuce in a large bowl and toss with dressing until evenly coated.

Mix ground chicken, red pepper flakes, garlic powder forming 8 small balls.

Press ground chicken balls onto tortilla until it covers the whole surface.  Put ground chicken side down on hot skillet cooking 3-5 mins.  Flip the burger over & let tortilla brown 2-3 mins.

Remove from heat and top with your Caesar salad. Fold like a taco and enjoy.
