Sausage & Cream Cheese Stuffed Pepper

Core or half 3 bell peppers removing seeds.  Drizzle with avocado or olive oil and bake on 350 for 10-15 mins.

While peppers are cooking, cook 1-2 lbs of pork sausage.  Melt 8 oz cream cheese in sausage.

Move sausage/cheese mix to peppers and cook for 10 mins until peppers has reached the softness you like.  Serve warm
