Bacon & Ham Quiche

Bacon & Ham Quiche

Add cooked bacon and ham (as much as you’d like) to a pie pan lightly greased.

Mix 6 eggs and 1 cup of heavy cream well with salt/pepper to taste. Pour over meat.  Top with mozzarella or cheese or choice.

Bake on 350 until eggs are firm.  Serve warm.

Note: you can add any veggies to the meat you’d like such as broccoli, spinach, tomatoes etc.
