Roasted Veggies

Cut up veggies of your choice and add to baking dish. Add 3-5 tbs of low sodium Dale’s seasoning and mix. Add garlic powder to taste. Top with slices of butter throughout the dish.

My choices:

zucchini

squash

onion

mushrooms

red onion

broccoli

Bake on 350 until veggies are tender. Serve hot
