Garlic Butter Pork Chops

Garlic butter pork chops

4 TBS butter

Pork chops

Minced garlic to your liking

Italian seasoning / salt /pepper

1/2 C chicken broth

1/2 C heavy cream

1/2 squeezed lemon

Season chops with salt/pepper/Italian to taste

Sauté garlic in 4 tbs butter.

Sauté seasoned chops in butter & garlic cooking through.

Remove pork and add 1/2 c chicken broth to pan drippings along with juice from 1/2 lemon & 1/2 c heavy cream.  Salt/pepper to season.  Simmer and pour over pork as gravy.
