Creamy Bacon Brussel Sprouts

1 Lb Brussel sprouts

2 tbs butter

3-6 gloves garlic

1/2-1 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

Fry chopped bacon & save 2 tbs grease.  Put bacon to the side and add 2 tbs butter & garlic to your liking.  Sauté 30 seconds & add sliced brussel sprouts.  Cook 4-6 mins on medium heat:  add 1/2-1 cup of heavy cream and allow to simmer until thickened. You can add a pinch of xanthum gum if you’d like.  I don’t.

Pour creamy sprouts into casserole dish.  Stir in bacon and top with mozzarella & Parmesan. Bake on 375 for about 15 mins.
