Pork Chop With Basil Cream Sauce

Pork chops with basil cream sauce

4-6 pork chops

1 tbs butter & 1 tbs avocado oil

1/2 small chopped onion

2-4 gloves garlic

1/2 c beef broth

1 c heavy cream

1 tsp Basil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 c parmesan

2 tbs parsley

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of avocado off and a large skillet. Salt and pepper generously your porkchops cooked pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Once cooked through plate them to the side.

Add onion to skillet and cook until brown and tender.  Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add 1/2 c broth and 1 c heavy cream.  Let simmer 1-3 mins.  Whisk in Basil, garlic powder and parmesan. Let sauce thicken.

Add 2 tbs parsley stir to combine all seasoning.  Add pork and serve hot.
