BBQ Chicken Slaw

1-2 lbs chicken chunks cooked

1 cup low carb BBQ sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup diced red onion

12-16 oz cole slaw mix

1 cup Colby jack cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar

6-12 pieces crumbled bacon (don’t over cook)

Cook your chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper and put into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Add low-carb barbecue sauce, teaspoon garlic powder, & diced red onions.  Stir all ingredients together.

Top with half of your cheese mix.  Then top with your coleslaw and other half of cheese.

Add your crumbled bacon and put in the oven on 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.  Serve hot.
