Cabbage & Chicken Stir Fry

1 to 2 pounds of chicken cut into chunks

One small or medium cabbage, sliced very thin

3 teaspoons of paprika

Three or more gloves of garlic

One sliced small onion

Season your chicken chunks with salt pepper and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Cook with 1 tablespoon of butter and remove from the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of avocado oil to a skillet or a wok.  Add onion, and cook until soft. Add garlic, and then your cabbage.  Sauté that cabbage on medium heat, covered or uncovered, stirring occasionally. As it starts to wilt or gets to the softness of your liking season with 2 teaspoons of paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

Depending on the amount of cabbage, you will need to add more salt as desired.  Once the cabbage is at your desired tenderness add the chicken back to the skillet, mixing all the flavors.  Serve hot
