Chicken Calzone

Cut chicken into thin slices and pound thinner.

Create crust mix for air fryer or oven using grated Parmesan and Italian/garlic seasoning to taste.  Use your heart to measure.

Take each chicken slice and add pepperoni and cheese of choice on one side.  Fold closing sides.

Oil chicken with avocado oil or your choice and dip in crust mix.

Air fry on 350 for 10-15 mins depending on your thickness until chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot with low carb marinara ❀️
