Season tenderized pork chops with salt and pepper and then wrap with thick slices of bacon holding with a toothpick.
Place an air fryer on 350 cooking until bacon is crisp and pork chop is cooked.
Soften a block of butter. Use a fork to spread out butter and add blue cheese crumbles mixing on parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper and put in the freezer to harden.
Add butter to the top of your bacon wrap pork chop towards the end of cooking.
