All Meat Chili

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb ground pork

6 slices bacon

Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until done the way you love it.  Remove the bacon & fat for later. Add ground beef/pork until done.  Remove extra fat if necessary but keep back 2 tbs.

Add:

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

1 tsp pepper

1 cup beef broth

2 TBS tomato paste

2 TBS bacon fat

Simmer 20 mins letting flavors combine.

Add back your bacon & 2 TBS butter or tallow.  Allow to melt for flavoring.

Serve hot with shredded cheese and extra bacon if you’d like.
