Cabbage & Sausage Stir-fry

1 medium cabbage

1 package Polish sausage

1 small onion

2 tbs butter

2 tbs avocado oil

3 teaspoons paprika

3 or more gloves of garlic

Slice Polish sausage to the thickness you desire. Sliced cabbage, very thin.

Sauté, diced onion and sliced polish sausage in butter. Once onion has softened, add garlic.

Add thinly sliced cabbage and oil.  Sauté cabbage on medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally.

Once cabbage has began to soften, or wilt add paprika and salt/pepper to taste. Continue to sauté until it reaches the desired softness you like.
