Sausage & brussel sprouts

1 lb Italian sausage chunks

1 lbs brussel sprouts

1/2 diced small onion

Garlic to your liking (2-6 gloves)

1 tsp salt/pepper

2-3 tsp Worcestershire

2 oz cream cheese

Parmesan

Cook sausage and put to side.  Using grease sauté brussel sprouts & onion until brussel sprouts start to soften.

Add garlic 30-60 seconds.

Add salt/pepper, Worcestershire and cream cheese stirring until melted.

Add back sausage and top with cheese.  Bake on 400 for 10 mins or until melted and soft.
