Lemon Cake Chaffle

1 Egg

1 TBS swerve confection

1 TBS heavy cream

1 TBS coconut flour

1/2 tsp lemon extract

1/4 tsp lemon zest

Mix together and add to hot mini waffle maker for 3 minutes. While cooking mix glaze below to pour over when done.

1-2 tsp lemon juice

Makes 1 chaffle
