Pepper Jack Chicken

4-5 thin chicken breast

Pepper jack cheese slices

Marinade:

     Verde salsa (10-12 oz jar)

     2 tbs avocado or olive oil

     Lime juice (fresh is always better 1-3 tbs)

     1 tsp cumin

     1 tsp salt/pepper

Mix marinade and allow chicken to sit 30 mins or over night.  Grill or air fry on 350 until cooked through.  Top with pepper jack cheese until melted.  Add fresh cilantro for garnish if you’d like.
