Ricky’s Meat Lover Cabbage Soup

Meats:
2 lbs mild Italian sausage 
1 package bacon
1 package smoked sausage

Medium or large cabbage sliced thin
1 can rotel
3 cups chicken broth / 3 cups water 
Salt/pepper to taste 
1 bag frozen chopped spinach 

Cook all the meats, bacon half way.  Add the meat and all other ingredients together in a stock pot cover and cook on low heat until cabbage is cooked to your liking of softness.

Second variation:

After the soup is complete, add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan, simmering until cheese is melted.
