Lasagna Stuffed Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts

1 cup ricotta

1/2 cup shredded parmesan

1 egg

1 tbs Italian

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cups low carb marinara (I love Raos)

Cut your chicken across the top and create a cup and line in casserole dish.

In a mixing bowl add ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, Italian, salt/pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with the ricotta mix. Poirier, 2 cups of low carb marinara across chicken breasts. Add mozzarella over each chicken and put in the oven on 400 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. A garnish with fresh basil if you choose.
