Keto Pancakes

Pancakes

2 cups almond flour

1 TBS avocado oil

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder

2 TBS confection swerve

8 TBS melted butter

2-4 TBS water or more to thin

Mix all in blender and add water as needed to thin.  Heat butter to griddle and cook low.  1/3 cup is perfect amount for a great pancake.  When set around edges flip and serve when perfectly set ❤️
