Keto Lasagna

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese

Mozzarella (low moisture)

3 eggs

Italian seasoning

2 lbs ground beef

16-20 oz low carb marinara

1/4 cup minced onion or onion powder

1 cup ricotta

1/2 cup parmesan

Noodles -

4 oz cream cheese softened

1 1/2 cup mozzarella (low moisture)

2 L eggs

1 tsp Italian

Mix together, spread then in a sheet pan on parchment paper.  Cook on 350 20 mins until stiff.

Layers:

Cook two lbs ground beef

Add jar low carb marinara

1/4 cup onion or use onion powder to taste if you’d like

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan

1 egg

1 TBS Italian

Layer noodle, meat mix, cheese mix, and top off with mozzarella cheese if you choose.  Bake until cheese is bubbly and hot 🔥
