Italian Sausage & Peppers in Tomato Cream Sauce

Italian sausage & peppers in tomato cream sauce

2 lbs Italian sausage sliced

1 red & green bell pepper

1/2 or small onion sliced

2 TBS beef broth

1- 1/2 C heavy cream

2 TBS tomato paste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 C parmesan

1 C mozzarella

Cook sausage and set aside.  Add veggies to the skillet and sauté just until they become tender.  Set aside with sausage.

Remove grease & add broth.  Whisk in heavy cream, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and salt/pepper to taste.  Simmer until thickens.

Add in veggies & sausage.  Top with cheese and bake on 350 10-15 mins.
