Garlic Butter Chicken

Garlic butter chicken:

1 lb ground chicken

1 head of cauliflower (cut in small florets)

4 TBS butter

4-5 garlic cloves minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt/pepper to taste

Optional: chicken broth & Parmesan

Sautรฉ your cauliflower and 2 tablespoons of butter for 5-7 mins. You want them tender, lightly brown.

Remove the cauliflower and add 2 more tbs butter and cook chicken.  Add seasonings & cook another 1-2 mins on low heat.

Add the cauliflower back to the skillet and add chicken broth if you would like to add a little moisture. Serve warm and top with Parmesan & fresh parsley if you wish.
