Grilled chicken broccoli bowl

Marinade 2-3 chicken breasts in salt, pepper, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.

While the chicken is marinating, sauté 2-3 cups broccoli cut in small florets in 1-2 TBS butter.

Remove the broccoli from your skillet and pan fry your chicken in avocado oil

While the chicken is cooking, let’s make up a delicious creamy garlic sauce!  Combine and stir until creamy.

Sauce:

1/2 C Greek yogurt

2 garlic cloves minced

Juice from 1 lemon & zest

Salt/pepper for taste

Place your broccoli in a bowl, add your chicken and generous helping of the creamy garlic sauce.  Serve warm!
