Keto Doritos Casserole


Step 1:

Bottom bread layer:

Mix these ingredients and pour into a creased 9x13 baking dish. Bake 20 mins on 350

4oz softened cream cheese

2 eggs

1 1/2 c low moisture mozzarella

Salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder to taste


Step 2:

Cook your ground beef (1-2lbs), drain grease and season with taco seasoning.  Add 4-8 oz tomato sauce or low carb salsa.


Step 3:

Top cooked bread layer with seasoned meat mixture.  Add 8 oz sour cream, 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese and crushed nacho cheese Quest chips.


Put back in oven and bake to melt cheese.


Serve hot
