Cheesecake Mug cake
INGREDIENTS
3 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I like to add lemon also)
1 tbsp sweetener
1 egg at room temperature
Warm cream cheese in mug or ramekin 15-2.0 seconds. Add vanilla/sweetener . Then add 1 egg and whisk until smooth.
Microwave 90 seconds - checking every 30 seconds to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Cool or refrigerate 10-15 mins. Add berries if you’d like.
