Biscuit Chaffle

Biscuit Chaffles:

1 egg

3/4 c almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

2 Tbs melted butter

1/4 c shredded mozzarella

1/4 c sour cream

Mix and put a heaping 2 tbs of mix into your mini waffle maker.  Cool 4 mins. Makes roughly 4 biscuits ❤️

Sausage gravy

Cook 1 lb sausage,  drain and add 3 oz cream cheese and heat until melted.  Add 1/2-1 cup heavy cream & pepper to taste.  Simmer until reaches the gravy thickness you’d like
