Steak alfredo zoodles
Ingredients:
Zucchini- have your cheese grater or zoodler handy
1 TBS Butter / minced garlic
1/2 - 1 Cup Heavy cream
Italian seasoning to your liking
Garlic powder to your liking
1/4- 1/2 Cup Parmesan / mozzarella
2-3 oz Cream cheese
Take your zucchini with one end cut & “rice” with your cheese grater OR zoodle with zoodle maker.
Heat butter & minced garlic until fragrant. Heavy cream and seasonings.
Add cream cheese and whisk until melted.
Once melted add mozzarella & Parmesan cheese to finish our your Alfredo sauce.
Take your zucchini and sauté in butter with same seasonings above. Once softened to your likeness put in colander to drain. Top with Alfredo & steak 😍
We marinated thin ribeye steaks in Sir Kingston Dijon balsamic for 30 mins. Air fryer for about 6 mins and sliced over dish.
