Sour Cream Chicken

4-6 chicken breasts

1 cup sour cream

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

Crushed pork rinds

Mix sour cream and seasonings. Wash and salt/pepper chicken. Dredge chicken in sour cream mix and then press in crushed pork rinds. Transfer to air fryer or oven. Cook on 350 until chicken is cooked through.
