1lb cooked sausage
5 TBS butter melted and cooled
1/3 cup coconut flour
3 TBS sour cream
4 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups cheddar
Whisk eggs, butter, salt, sour cream. Next add flour and baking powder.
Lastly add your sausage and cheese. Let refrigerate 10 mins to ensure it’s thoroughly cooled.
Add even amounts to a creased muffin pan and cook on 350 for 15 mins.
