Lemon Butter Pork Chops

Lemon butter pork chops over riced zucchini

Pork chops:

Salt/pepper thin chop

Egg/splash heavy cream

Create crust mix with grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning and parsley.

Dip chop in egg mix and dredge in crust mix - air fry on 350 until cooked through.

Riced zucchini Ingredients:

Zucchini- have your cheese grater handy

Butter / minced garlic

Heavy cream

Italian seasoning

Garlic powder

Parmesan / mozzarella

Take your zucchini with one end cut & “rice” with your cheese grater.

Heat butter & minced garlic until fragrant.  Add riced zucchini, Italian seasoning/garlic powder/salt/pepper to taste.

Once soften (1/2 to what you’d like) add heavy cream - small amount at a time allowing a simmer.  Don’t over do it on cream.  If you’d like add more seasonings to taste. Once thickening up slightly add Parmesan cheese.

Lemon butter sauce:

4 Tbs butter & 1 large lemon (juiced)

Simmer until thick and the pour small amount over chops & rice
