Green bean Chicken Casserole

1 lb Chicken chucks or rotisserie chicken

2 cans drained green beans

8 oz container sliced mushrooms

2-4 gloves garlic

2 tbsp butter

8 oz  package cream cheese

½ cup Sour cream 

½ tsp Onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Black pepper

½ tsp Salt

½ cup Sliced almonds

¼ cup Grated parmesan 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

In a medium skillet, cook chicken chunks in melted butter.  Remove and set aside.

Melt additional butter over medium heat and cook mushrooms for 4-6 mins until softened.  Add minced garlic and cook another 30-60 second.

In a large bowl, stir together:

cream cheese

sour cream

onion powder

garlic powder

black pepper

salt

Toss in the green beans, chicken, mushrooms, and ¼ cup sliced almonds to the bowl and stir until combined

Transfer green bean mixture to baking dish. Spread in the dish evenly.

Top with remaining almonds and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake on 350 for 20-30 mins until green beans are soft and cheese is bubbly.
