Creamy Garlic Shrimp

1 lb shrimp

1 tbs avocado oil

2 Tbs butter

8-10 gloves of garlic

1/2 cup dry wine (pinot Grigio or Chardonnay)

     Can replace with chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup parmesan

2 Tbs parsley

Salt & pepper shrimp to taste.  Add to oil and cook about 1 min on each side cooking thru until pink.  Move to side.

Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic. Pour in wine or broth and simmer down to half amount.  Lower heat and add cream to simmer. Season with salt/pepper to taste and add fresh parmesan.

Add shrimp back to pan and add fresh parsley.  Serve over cauliflower rice, zucchini rice or serve with veggie of choice.
