Country fried pork & gravy

step 1:

  1. Salt/pepper pork cutlets

  2. Whisk 2 eggs & 2 Tbs heavy cream

  3. Pix 1 cup graded Parmesan with 1 tsp paprika & 1 tsp garlic powder

  4. Dredge pork in egg and then crust mix

Air fry on 350 for 12-15 mins

While cooking start your gravy

Step 2:

Gravy

  1. Cook 1/4 cup minced onion in avocado oil

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 min

  3. Whisk 4 oz cream cheese as melting

  4. Add 1/3-1/2 cup beef broth

Whisk on simmer add salt/pepper to taste.
