Country fried pork & gravy
step 1:
Salt/pepper pork cutlets
Whisk 2 eggs & 2 Tbs heavy cream
Pix 1 cup graded Parmesan with 1 tsp paprika & 1 tsp garlic powder
Dredge pork in egg and then crust mix
Air fry on 350 for 12-15 mins
While cooking start your gravy
Step 2:
Gravy
Cook 1/4 cup minced onion in avocado oil
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 min
Whisk 4 oz cream cheese as melting
Add 1/3-1/2 cup beef broth
Whisk on simmer add salt/pepper to taste.
