Chocolate Chaffle Cake

1 Egg

1 TBS coconut flour

2 TBS sweeter of choice (I like swerve confection)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 TBS melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 TBS cacao powder

Mix all together and pour into mini waffle iron. Topping (optional) whip 1 TBS heavy cream, 1 tsp cacao powder & 1/2 TBS sweetener.
