Chicken Alfredo Casserole

Cook 1 lb of chicken chunks or shredded cooked chicken and place in casserole dish. Add half steamed broccoli or cauliflower.

Let’s make the sauce:

Put 2 tbs butter, 2 oz cream cheese and 1 cup of heavy cream to a skillet. Heat until melted. Add 1-2 tsp garlic powder and salt/pepper to taste. As it thickens, add 1 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup mozzarella.

Pour sauce over chicken and veggies. Pop in the over on 350 for 15 minutes and serve hot.
