Chicken enchiladas with sour cream white sauce πŸ‘‡

Sauce: mix with mixer until smooth

16 oz sour cream

8 oz creek yogurt

1/2 Cup chicken broth

2 cans diced green chilies

1 tsp pepper

Fill low carb tortillas with shredded chicken down the center.  Add 2 TBS white sauce and sprinkle of Monterey Jack cheese. Roll tight and put in 9x13 seam side down.

Once all rolled, add remaining white sauce over top of enchiladas and top with remaining Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese.

Bake on 350 for about 20-30 mins.

Top with fresh cilantro and enjoy 😊
