Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

2-3 bell peppers of your choosing (we like red/orange)

1-2 lbs ground chicken

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup mozzarella

Avocado oil

Heat oven to 400 and cook cored bell peppers drizzled with oil for 15-20 mins while preparing chicken.

Cook chicken and season with wing sauce.  Ranch dry seasoning is also an additional addition.

Spoon mixture into peppers, top with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Add your favorite low carb ranch dressing and serve hot.
