Buffalo Chicken Meat Balls

2lbs ground chicken

1 egg

1/2 cup graded cheddar

2 tbs parsley

3 tbs dried ranch seasoning

1/4 cup Buffalo sauce

2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Mix all ingredients together and roll into whatever size meat balls you’d like.  Use greased hands to keep from sticking.  Bake on 350 for 20-30 minutes until your chicken is cooked through.

Top or dip with buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles and ranch
