Breakfast pizza

Dough -

2 oz cream cheese

2 cups mozzarella

2 beaten eggs

1 cup almond flour

Dash salt/pepper

Melt cheese in microwave safe bowl 1 min, pull out stir and melt another 20 seconds.  Add almond flour and eggs, working the dough until mixed well.  Take parchment paper and flatten your dough out as thin as you’d like.  Bake on 400 for 10 mins.

While cooking make your gravy:

Mix 4 oz soften cream cheese

3 tbs heavy cream

2 cloves minced garlic OR garlic powder to taste

Salt/pepper to taste

Top pizza crust with gravy and breakfast toppings.  I’m using bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and cheddar cheese.

Bake on 400 10 mins and serve warm
