Breakfast Casserole

Cook whatever breakfast meats you love and add to a baking dish.  Add cheese over meat, whatever cheese you love. Whisk 8-10 eggs with a splash of heavy cream with salt/pepper.   Pour eggs mix over meat and cheese.  Bake 350 for about 20-25 mins.

With keto bread -

Put bread in 9X13 baking dish and then add the topping above in order. I like Lewis Bakery
