Breakfast Casserole

Cook whatever breakfast meats you love and add to a 9Γ—13 baking dish.  We use 1 lb pork sausage & 6-7 slices thick bacon. Add mix of cheddar & mozzarella cheese over meat.

Save a little cheese for the last 10 mins of baking.

Whisk 8-10 eggs with a Β½ cup of heavy cream with. Mix these seasonings together and then whisk into the eggs.  

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dry yellow mustard

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp pepper

Pour eggs mix over meat and cheese.  Bake 375 for about 20-25 mins. Add remaining cheese and bake until bubbly and solid in the center.

With keto bread -

Put bread in 9X13 baking dish and then add the topping above in order. I like Lewis Bakery
